The drug network CFO Greenão, owned by businessman from Albania Nadir Causholli, continues to figure in reports of the pharmaceutical Inspectorate for violations of legislation regulating the sale and delivery of medicines in Kosovo. After a series of cases recorded in several municipalities, another official ruling reveals that unit No. 26 of this network in Ferizaj has been found offering services without the presence of a responsible pharmacist or licensed replacement. This case is not the first link to the network CFO Green. Official documents proving that units of this network in Ferizaj, Pristina, Lipjan, Rahovec, Pozhira, Drenas, Mitrovica and other municipalities are found operating contrary to legal provisions for the presence of licensed pharmacists. In some entities, repeated violations have even been recorded, while in certain cases the Inspectorate has pronounced fines and ordered the closure of the drugs.
Inspectorate finds the drug store serving without a pharmacist
Official documents provided by Front Online show that on August 5, 2026, the Ministry of Health’s pharmaceutical inspectorate has conducted a review of the drug store. CFO Green, Unit No. 26th Street Witness of the Nation, in Ferizaj. According to report number 10 AS-002-26, the pharmacy has been found open and providing pharmaceutical services in the absence of a responsible pharmacist or a licensed substitute pharmacist. Sale evidence uncovered products requiring the presence of a pharmacist
Inspectors are not limited to the findings of lack of professional staff. During the search, they also administered the sales documentation of the drug store, including the X report and the daily sales mirror of August 5, 2026. According to the documents, these evidence revealed medical products that should be available only to the presence of the responsible pharmacist or his replacement. This finding is of particular significance, for it shows that inspection has not only numbered the pharmacist’s physical absence but also included verifying the sale of medical products.

Following the conspiracy of violations, the pharmaceutical Inspectorate has ordered closure of the drug store and the ban on offering pharmaceutical services without the presence of the responsible pharmacist or his replacement. One of the most significant elements of this case is the fact that unit no. 26 in Ferizaj had previously been part of documents published on the lack of required professional staff. That file included Unit No. 26 in Ferizaj. According to a previous report, two employees were found present during an examination of this drug store, while the pharmacist responsible was not in the workplace. The inspector had recorded the absence of a licensed pharmacist or authorized replacement.
Thus, documents released earlier and the new August 2026 decision show that more than once the problem of the pharmacist’s lack of access to services has been recorded in the same unit.
From Ferizaj to Pristina, Lipjan of Rahovec: file of violations CFO Green
Ferizaj, Unit No. 5 was found on various occasions offering services without the presence of the responsible pharmacist. One of the checks included a pharmacy technique with expired licenses. In Pristina, Unit No. 6 was ordered to close, as services were being offered in the absence of a responsible pharmacist.
Lipjan, Unit No. 12 had been found offering services without a pharmacist, while according to documents published earlier, the substitute pharmacist was presented to the pharmacy only after the employee’s call. In Rahovec, unit no. 13 was counted in more than one inspection for the absence of the pharmacist, while in one case its closure was also ordered. Other cases are documented in Pozeran, Drenas and Mitrovica. These findings testify that the absence of pharmacists in the controlled units has not been a limited phenomenon in just a drug store or in a certain municipality.
Ceausville’s name even in reports of pharmaceutical investigations in Albania
Beyond the repeated violations in Kosovo, businessman Nadir Causholl’s name has also been mentioned in media reports in Albania concerning the pharmaceutical company HINA CFO Pharmaʹ. According to these reports, in November 2025 The Tirana prosecution had announced measures against several persons suspected of counterfeiting documents and hiding incomes in connection with remunturing medicines.
