Court rules for five criminal and narcotics group suspects

According to the court’s announcement, the detention measure is assigned to defendants with initials I.S., F.S., A.C., A.E. and V.S.

The court has estimated that there is a danger that, if the defendants are released, they could prevent the development of criminal procedure, influence evidence and witnesses, and avoid prosecution.

Another reason presented by the tribunal is the danger of escape, as some of the defendants are citizens of Turkey and North Macedonia.

The court has also estimated the danger exists for defendants to repeat the same acts or perform other criminal acts.
