By intensifying at the very moment the attacks against Ukraine and our infrastructure, Russia also aims to create the ground to exert pressure on the attitudes of Ukraine and its partners, Zelensky said in a message published on the social X network.

The Ukrainian president’s statement came after new Russian attacks on Ukraine’s power grid.

President Zelensky considered intensifying the bombings an attempt to influence the negotiating positions of Kiev and its allies prior to the expected meeting in the United Arab Emirates.
