The event for Feminist Thoughts and Action has announced that on Saturday it will organise nationwide protests to seek justice for Arlinda Zakaj and institutional responsibility for cases of women killing in Kosovo.
In the report, Kolestin has said that Arlinda’s murder has exposed the failures of the institutional chain, stressing that institutions, instead of protecting women seeking help, have overlooked them and have not prevented such tragedies.

Through the protest, organisers demand that the state treat childicide as national emergency and take concrete measures to prevent the killings of women.
Their main demands are the dismissal, prosecution and imprisonment of officials who hold them responsible for the Arlinda Zekataj case, including Chief Prosecutor Joy Vucetaj, Prosecutor Suada Rama Hamza, Court Chairman Shemeddin Hadziaj, Judge Migen Kastrati, Social Affairs Centre Directorship Leadership Leadership Leader, Lukaj, and Lieutenant Faruk Mulqolli.
In addition, they seek the dismissal of Donika Gervala and Jelal Sveschla, the resignation of Peja Chairman Gazmend Muhhani, dealing with women’s murder as national emergency, ensuring social residence for domestic violence survivors, belonging to the apartisan and independent justice system, and legalising the spray for self-defense for women.
The goal has stressed that their commitment will not stop only in seeking justice for Arlinda, but will continue for the safety of all girls and women in Kosovo.
The protest was called for Saturday, 12: 00 p.m.
