Kosovo Customs officials have discovered undeclared goods during the control of several trucks at the Border Cross Point in Han, Elez.
According to Dogana’s announcement, trucks were loaded with vehicles and statements were presented in advance on the proceedings.
However, during the physical control and verification of documentation, customs officials have found that some of the goods were not included in customs statements.
It’s about the slippery ladder system for car cabins, whose value, without including customs and tax duties, has been estimated at around 27 thousand euros.
The case is being handled by Kosovo Customs, in line with legal procedures in force, while further actions will be undertaken based on the Customs and Actis Code.
Customs has recalled that the exact and complete declaration of all goods is a legal obligation for participants in customs procedures.
