U nKosovo Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Vlora Citaku’s post, hosted the United Kingdom Ambassador to Kosovo, Jonathan Hargreaves, with whom she discussed recent political developments in the country today.

According to the PDK’s announcement, Citaku positively praised the closure of institution formation, stressing that focus is already needed on addressing citizens’ challenges and advancing state priorities.

Kosovo faces significant challenges requiring full institutional attention, responsibility and commitment to improve citizens’ lives, Citaku stressed.

During the meeting, judicial process was discussed near Specialised Chambers in The Hague.

As reported in the report, Citaku underlined the importance of respecting the highest standards of justice, the right to fair judgment, and the fact-based decision-making and evidence independent of political influences.

At the meeting, according to the announcement, the importance of Kosovo’s stable partnership with its allies was reaffirmed, as well as commitment to the country’s Euro-Atlantic perspective, with the aim of NATO membership and the European Union.
