The SPAK has issued claims to the two accused in ensuring conditions for the murder of Erim Martinaj and Erigers Mihas. The Special Attorney wants 10 years in prison for Leonard Duke and 6 years in prison for Drianto Bardhin.

According to SPAK’s claim, Leonard Duka and Drianto Bardi are accused of ensuring the conditions for the murder of Erim Martinaj, who results missing, and Erigers Mihas, who was killed in an assassination.

This issue is a fraction of the file known as Roffanshiʹ, under which thousands of communications exchanged through the encrypted sky ECC app were cleared.

Meanwhile, Leonard Duka was sentenced to 30 years in prison earlier, as head of the criminal group that executed former police officer Santiago Malko, known as Ervis Martinaj’s right-hand arm.
