The prosecution has called for the appointment of the detention measure to Mitrovica Hospital Director Gzim Berisha, who is suspected of carrying out the criminal act APUhuna in the family.
In response to Pristina’s Constitutional Prosecutorship, Berisha has been detained for 48 hours at the order of the guardian prosecutor.
Meanwhile, the State Prosecutor is taking the necessary investigative actions to fully clarify the circumstances of the case.
The prosecution has indicated that the prosecutor of the case has already filed a request to the competent court for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendants.
