As autumn approaches an increase in cooling, raising a dilemma about regular exercise – whether they should continue training or relax until they are healed.
According to American clinic doctors Mayo Clinton and Cleveland Clinton, the answer depends on symptoms and the body’s overall state.

If you have a nose that is blocked or flowing, sneeze or feel a mild irritability in your throat but have no fever, easy activity to the average is usually acceptable.

However, it is recommended that you reduce the intensity and length of exercise by choosing rapid walking, light extensions, or calm – pace cycling.
On the other hand, if you have fever, severe fatigue, body muscle pain, strong coughing, chest gravity, nausea, or stomach problems, it is better to stop training.
The exposure to such conditions can make recovery difficult and increase the risk of complications.
Doctors also stress that the belief that the cooling can be removed by sweating is not supported by scientific evidence.
While regular physical activity can contribute to general health, when you get sick, the organism needs time to recover. During this period, sufficient hydration and rest are especially important.
Another aspect not to be overlooked is the risk of spreading infection.
If you have symptoms of an infectious disease, avoid gym and group training to protect others.
If you want to move and the symptoms are easy, you can choose appropriate house exercise.
When you begin to feel better, gradually return to your normal routine.
A few days off will not destroy your physical condition, while rushing back can make recovery difficult.
If you have doubts about your condition or symptoms get worse, consult your doctor before you resume your training. /Telegraphy/
