The country’s chairman, Albulen Haxhiu, has held a meeting with Northern Macedonia Prime Minister Hristian Mickoski, with whom she has discussed deepening co-operation between the two countries and advancing joint projects.
Haxhiu has announced that special attention during the meeting has been paid to infrastructure projects, including the Prizren-Tetovo road link and the Skopje-Blace highway, as well as energy interconnection between the two countries.

She has stressed that the common interest is for these projects to be realised as soon as possible so that pledges can turn into concrete results for citizens.
These projects matter beyond infrastructure. They facilitate the movement of people and goods, and also show that Kosovo and Northern Macedonia co-operate as two good neighbours, Haxhiu has written.
Haxhiu has also indicated that the Kosovo Assembly will support these projects and will follow closely until their outcome.
