The chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group in the Albanian Parliamentary Assembly, Taulant Balla, has distributed a photograph of former Kosovo president Hashim Thaci on social networks, along with a message from The Hague.
In a post published on Facebook, Balla addressed Thaci with the words: President awaits you.
