The chief of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group in the Albanian Parliamentary Assembly, Taulant Balla, has shared the message of former Kosovo president Hashim Thaci, who has delivered it from The Hague.

With Thaci’s photo spread on Facebook, Balla wrote “Athedheu waits for President.”
