Alliance for Future of Kosovo Parliamentary Group Chief ( AAK), Besnik Tahiri, has accused the deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement that they are trying to profit politically from the murder of Arlinda Zekaj, linking the suspect with Alliance leaders.
Arlinda Zekiaj was killed a few days after reporting threats from his husband to institutions and sending a letter to security institutions through which he had sought protection. Her brother-in-law was suspected.
Addressing VV deputy Taulant Kelmendi, Tahiri said he had tried to connect the suspect with AAK leaders, as they were seen in a photograph and at a joint lunch.
Tahiri also criticised VV deputy Arjeta Feyza, who, according to him, had mentioned former AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj, in the context of family violence claims.
