Albania’s plenary session of the Parliament has resumed amid tensions, as opposition deputies have lit flares inside the hall, blocked the speaker and whistled with whistles.
Following the created situation, Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi has decided to exclude four opposition deputies from the plenary hearing: Jedal Mziun, Bledi Himcin, Ivi Kason and Bledion Nallbat.
