FC Andorra’s president, Gerard Piqué, has reacted with a touching message following the tragic news of Tenerife’s death football player, Jesús de Miguel, at the age of 30.

Barcelona’s former football player, who was present at the stadium during the match between Tenerife and Andorra, has expressed his condolences through a post on the social X network, follows Gazeta Express.

De Miguel passed away this Tuesday, after failing to survive the consequences of a serious clash with Andorra’s goalkeeper, Jesus Owono, in the extra minutes of the match held Monday.

The crash caused the attacker a cardiac arrest. He was rushed to the hospital, where he remained in intensive care, but his condition deteriorated and passed away on the morning of November 3. /Gazeta Express
