Even LDK deputy Janina Ymeri said the issue of the Competition Authority has been active in the past legislature, while expressing satisfaction that, according to her, this issue is being given attention.

Ymer accused majority deputies of avoiding confrontation and said their absence is affecting the failure to adjust the actions it described as illegal within the Authority.

The question of the Competition Authority has been very active even in the past legislature, I’m glad that today’s time has come. However, I am very happy that today power, members of the majority in this case, are fleeing from the confrontation. That’s for two reasons: the activities that have been done within the Authority, some of them, among the most important, are unlegitimations and the lack of VV deputies is amnising the lawlessness and violence that has been done in the Authorities. Violence is not only on gender grounds. Disregarding activities are being imposed, and this is being done at the expense of consumers. The VV has campaigned for the consumer, but it actually works with a plan that goes against the interests of each consumer, from basic products to oil and other products, Ymer said. /EO
