Today’s session of Mayor Erion Veliaj was postponed for November 17th. The mayor himself was not present at this hearing, but he addressed the court through a letter conveyed by his lawyer, Plarent Ndreca.
Veliaj, in his letter published by Top Channel, says: Honored lady-in-law, as you were informed by the ombudsman, I was kidnapped by Durres’ custody without being shown the secret order. I received the answer Friday from Justice Minister Tony Gog. He said I was transferred at Rama’s order.

I’d know that honor would be added if other charges of breaking the constitutional order were added. The prime minister’s order is illegal. It requires full, deep and independent investigation. I’ll leave it in your hands.
In the meantime, the Court said its word: We are not competent for the transfer and the Directorate of Prisons has not announced the court. Verification belongs to other competent organs. / TCh/
