Eduardo Camavinga has spoken out of the difficult period he has spent at Real Madrid, acknowledging that recent months have been among the most difficult in his career.

The French midfielder spoke on the eve of the Champions League match against AEK Athens, where he showed that summer break helped him reflect and change many things in professional life.

The last few months have been difficult for me. I’ve never been through anything like this in my career.

Yet, such experiences teach. I’ve worked hard this summer, I’m much more disciplined, I’ve changed a lot of things, and I’ve been thinking about what I need to improve.

One of the times that affected him most was the Red Carton exception to Baier Munichu, who had also left a mark on his family.

Disfellowshipping Bayer really hurt me. I’ve been thinking about that whole summer and my family was touched.

However, Camavinga denied that his good performance in recent matches, including El Casicon, was a form of revenge for the mistake against the German giant.

I have not seen my appearance in El Classico as revenge for what happened. No, not at all. She’s already been forgotten. After a few months, I will forget my performance at El Classico, the midfielder said.

Finally, the 23-year-old also spoke about the report with coach Jose Mourinho, revealing that Portuguese has given him the trust needed to regain his position and importance on the team.

I’m a changed man, of course. Morainho told me he wants me on the team and I’ll be important to him. /Telegrafi/
