The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec has filed a request for the appointment of the detention measure against a person suspected of sexual harassment of his 13-year-old daughter, a case reported earlier exclusively by the Signal newspaper.
Signal Journal sources suggest the prosecution has handed over to the court the request for the detention measure to the suspects, who had been arrested after denouncing the minor girl.

The signal reported today that the case had been denounced on November 2, about 4: 00 p.m., as suspicions relate to previous events during the time the girl was staying with her father after the divorce of her parents.
According to information provided by the signal, the 13-year-old had declared that her father had sexually molested her and displayed pornographic material.
After reporting, investigators had conducted control of the suspect’s apartment, where two mobile phones and a laptop were seized as possible evidence of criminal procedure.
The suspect, during the interview, had used the right to defend in silence, while the prosecutor’s decision had been banned for 48 hours.
Meanwhile, the minor girl is located in safe housing, under the auspices of competent institutions.
The case is being investigated for criminal acts with the content of child exploitation and sexual abuse and sexual expression.
The prosecution’s request for detention is expected to be considered by the competent court, which will decide on the move against the suspects.
The signal paper will keep you informed of further developments in this case.
