The European Commission will publish the Kosovo Report for 2026 today, November 4th. According to the European Union Office in Kosovo, the document will be released within the framework of the Minister of Enlargement Pack.

The draft had warned lack of progress, while final estimates are expected to be made public with the full report.

EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos will present the findings of the package before the European Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Commission. The presentation starts at 1: 00 p.m. and will be broadcast live.
