Two people have been sent to custody on two separate occasions, allegedly breaking defence orders issued by the tribunal against two women.

Cases have occurred in Pristina and Fushe-Kosovo.

In Pristina, a man has been arrested after allegedly, contrary to the defence order, has approached the victim’s residence address. At the prosecutor’s decision, he was sent to the holding for 48 hours.

Meanwhile, in Fushe-Kosovo, a man is suspected of exercising physical violence against a woman, disobeying the defence order issued by the court. The victim has accepted medical treatment, while the suspect, after the interview, has been sent to the prosecutor’s decision.
