About 400 new members of the Kosovo Police have been sworn in today, under the 63rd generation graduation ceremony.

In this case, the cadets have officially assumed responsibility to serve the country, to preserve public order and security, as well as to implement the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.

Among the new members of the Kosovo Police are 118 girls and women who have chosen to join the institution.

We remember that heroes’ boys, Enver Zymber and Africa Bunnjak are part of the 63rd generation of police.

During the ceremony, new members have pledged to carry out their duties with professionalism, responsibility and honesty, respecting the Constitution and the laws of the country.

The text of the oath says:

I, the Kosovo police officer, swear that I will observe the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and the laws of Kosovo, defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo, obey the orders of my supervisors, perform tasks, always showing professionalism, responsibility and honesty in the interest of all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, regardless of ethnic, gender, religion or colour.
