Coach Hansi Flick is interested in reinforceing defence in the January transitional term, as numerous injuries to this department have increased the need for a new footballer.

According to transfer expert Matteo Moretto, Barcelona is closely conveying the presentations of 25-year-old, who has also attracted the attention of several Premierliga clubs.

Nathan was one of the football players who stood out in his debut season in Spanish football. For this reason, Betis decided to activate the option of final acquisition by Naples, paying ninem euros.

However, his transfer to Barcelona during January is not expected to be easy. Betis has no intention of giving up Brazilian services without an extraordinary offer.

Nathan has contracts with the club from Seville until 2030, while good presentations have made it worth the transfer market nearly 30m euros.

For this reason Barcelona may be forced to wait until the passing summer deadline to attempt the transfer of Brazilian defenders.
