During the blocking of the Parliament’s speaker, the word was given to MP Sali Berisha for procedure. During his speech, keeping the speech deadlocked and outside of the projections of Article 49 of the Parliament’s Order, MP Sali Berisha used a nonparliamentary dictionary, called for acts of violence, used an expressive language that promotes hatred, these serious violations envisioned in Article 6 of the MP’s Code of Conduct, and envisioned at Article 64 and 65 of the Parliament’s Order. Following these serious actions committed by MP Sali Berisha, who was supported by other MPs from opposition parliamentary groups, the SP’s request reported.

The Socialists also seek exemption by 60 days for 6 other opposition deputies, Bledion Nallbati, Ivi Kaso, Blndi Himmci, Jelal Mziu, Albana Vokshi and Klodiana Capja. At the moment the day-to-day vote began, MPs Blendi Himmci, Ivi Kaso, Bledion Nallbati, Jedal Mziu used pirotechnics or tools, while also deputy Blendi Himci and MPs Albana Vokshi and Klodiana Capja threw solid items towards the chairman of Seanca and members of the Council of Ministers, while these serious violations envisioned at Article 65/1 of the Parliamenting Law.

The conduct of these MPs constitutes serious violations of the norms of ethics and parliamentary discipline, violating the Parliament’s authority and conditions for regular exercise of parliamentary activity.

The actions of the Oversold MPs were accompanied by the impasse of the Parliament’s folk, tension and constant noise with inflated means by other opposition MPs, hindering the regular development of the voting procedure. It is also a serious violation of the nonparliamentary language and the promotion of violence by MP Sali Berisha, said the request.

In the streets of Tirana, new bones broke, skulls cracked. The worst tools were used against young people. These parliamentarians you see here are more criminals than those who break skulls and break bones. They deserve those skulls, and tew breaks bones, Berisha said in his speech.

The session lacked 20 democratic deputies, excluded after the chaotic scenes of a week earlier. The Secretariat for Procedures, Votimes and the Ethics of the Parliament ruled MPs Flamur Noka, Belinda Kullici, Fidel Kreka, Edi Paloka, Besart Xhaferri and Luciano Boci out of 60 days, writes A2 CNN.

Also suspended for 10 days for deputies John, Bardh Spahija, Albana Vokshi, Elda Hoti, Xhelal Mziu, Gent Strazimiri, Enno Bozdo, Kastriot Piroli, Kliti Hoti, Flamur Hoxha, Arjan Ndija, Ivi Kaso, Zija Ismaili and Blimci.
