First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Glauk Konjufca has accused Serbia of continuing the threats to Kosovo and is openly displaying goals for territorial expansion.
Speaking at the UN Security Council meeting for Kosovo, Konjufca said Serbian officials are openly challenging the country. According to him, their positions testify to the continuation of threats from Belgrade.

In this context, he criticised the way the report did UNMIK deals with the attack in Banjska, rejecting his description as a violent event.
Konjufca said it was an organised and supported terrorist attack by official Belgrade.
It is also a disaster to see that even the pre-milial attack on Banjsk, orchestrated, organized, supported by official Belgrade through Milan Radojciq, refers to and mentioned in this report as a violent incident instead of being mentioned as “terrorist attack,” Conjufca has declared.
He also raised the issue of impunity for crimes committed in Kosovo, claiming Serbia has killed 12,000 Albanians, while persons who committed crimes continue to live at large.
