Hashim Thaci’s former chief of staff during his term as president, Bekim Colak, has confessed how dakar and Specialised Chambers in The Hague had fallen for the delivery procedure.

He explained that the agreement envisioned the avoidance of any military or police presence in the presidency, only by a civilian vehicle that would drive the official vehicle to EULEX’s facilities.

I’m revealing for the first time agreeing with Special Court staff, to have only one vehicle with civilian license plates, with one or two special court staff who have been obliged to precede President Thaci’s car, where President Hashim Thaci possibly used himself, Colak said.
