The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina reports that, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police, three people have been detained with initials L.H., L. J., and the F.M., under the suspicion that in co-ordination they committed criminal work, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope or analogues.
The prosecution adds that, yesterday around 9:00 p.m., at Zaymenmenmendi Street in Pristina, during the search of suspected persons’ vehicles, over 500 grams of suspected narcotics, cocaine and marijuana, with various weights, packed and wrapped in aluminum sheets, defendants allegedly targeted and distributed them.

Pristina, November 07th, 2026 ashamed Prosecutorship in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department, announces public opinion that, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police Directorate for Narcotics Trafficking Investigation, at the order of the Guardian Prosecutor, three persons with initials have been detained L.H., respectively. J., and the F.M., under the suspicion that together in the process they carried out criminal work, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope or analogue by Article 267 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code ( KPRK).
According to initial doubts, on November 6, 2026, around 9:00, on Zaymenmenmendi Street in Pristina, during the search of suspected persons’ vehicles, more than 500 grams of suspected narcotic substances, cocaine and marijuana, with various weights, packed and wrapped in aluminum sheets, the defendants were suspected of being targeted for sale and distribution.
The State Prosecutor has applied to the competent Court for the appointment of the detention measure to the defendants.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, remains committed to fighting and preventing illegal activities that are related to narcotics, with the aim of protecting citizens’ security and public interest.
