U.S. President Donald Trump has declared that American forces have neutralised a large part of the Iranian Army, but still have one or two goals, including a suspected underground nuclear site known as the Mountain Picksake. (Mountain Piccaxe).

Speaking to reporters at his Florida residence, Trump reiterated that Washington is not in a hurry to resume the attacks, as it has already destroyed the armed forces and Iran’s nuclear programme.

We have neutralized their nuclear program. We still have to deal, I’d say, with one or two other locations, but we can do that in 10 minutes, Trump was quoted as saying.

We might mention, for example, Pickaxe Mountainʹ; we have to deal with it. We can do all this very quickly.

The Iranian government has repeatedly denied that it carries out nuclear operations in that facility.

Trump stressed that diplomatic efforts to officially end the conflict started in late February by the US and Israel are doing well, but you know, they are not very reliable.

These comments follow earlier statements by Trump, who warned of the possibility of military action following the US Muslim elections, suggesting earlier that he was considering the possibility of ending the situation with them.

Earlier Saturday, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Trump has not yet made a final decision concerning new attacks on Iran, stressing that the United States remains open for a diplomatic solution.

At the same time, Iran’s supreme leader warned Washington and Tel Aviv not to launch new bombings, following rhetoric threatening to resume hostilities after the elections. /Telegraph/
