The protest of students, professors and youth in Tirana has continued for the 17th day in a row, with calls for changes and calls for the departure of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Protesters first gathered before the Ministry of Education, where they marched toward the prime minister, where they continued their rally and repeated slogans against the government.

During the protest, young people cheered on calls of resignation and revolution as they partially blocked the Nation’s Witnesses’ boulevard.
Even this day, students rejected Prime Minister Rama’s invitations to dialogue, insisting that their demands must be met before any negotiating process can begin. Meanwhile, the head of government reiterated invitations for dialogue in front of the prime minister’s building.
Authorities have established a security cord around the institution and have taken steps to manage traffic in the area.
The protest is taking place calmly, without incidents or clashes with police, which are monitoring the situation from the prime minister’s perimeter.
