The Foundation Public Prosecutor at Stip has initiated procedure against two people under suspicion that they committed criminal acts as accomplices of official position and authority, as well as computer fraud.

The accused, in their quality as officials, employees of the Goce Dellchev University Schtip has misused their official position, thus benefiting greater material benefits for themselves.

In the period from 2021 to 2026, overstepping the limits of its official duties and authorisations, second suspect employed as official for student cases at one of the faculties, following instructions from the first suspect, Sector Leader recently. E-Indexé, has introduced false data to the university’s information system. By changing, deleting, or hiding the data illegally in the index’s electronic database, the accused have caused false results in electronic processing and transmission of data, and at the expense of that, they have benefited from material currently estimated at 21,000 euros.

The public prosecutor presented the preliminary procedure judge with a proposal to determine a measure of detention for the two suspects, the MPB report reported. /Telegraphy/
