The inspector is not based solely on their lack of names on the system. Evidence has also been found in the controlled documentation that these doctors had offered health services.

According to the decision, they had anesthetized and treated patients. This was counted through anesthesia sheets and medical files with the protocol numbers of 0126, 0326 and 04/26.

Anamnesia was missing in patient files

During the check, inspectors have recorded another irregularities directly related to the patient’s health record.

Some files lacked medical anatomy, including the number 06/26 file.

Anamnesia contains the patient’s health history. It includes records of past diseases, treatments, allergies, and health conditions. This information is important for doctors before deciding on treatment or intervention for the patient.

The lack of this documentation means that the file did not contain all the data needed to assess the patient’s medical history.

Hospital fines 3 thousand euros

For these violations, the Health Inspectorate has imposed a 3 thousand-euro fine on Klokoqi Hospital.

The ruling is said to have failed to meet the legal conditions in terms of the professional framework and had not implemented the measures ordered by inspectors.

However, the law envisions the possibility that the fine will be paid in half the amount if the payment is paid within the 15-day deadline. In this case, the hospital would pay 1,000 and 500 euros.

For these findings, Insander newspaper has requested clarification by the directors of the Klokoqi hospital.

They have been asked how they explain the commitment of five doctors who, according to the Inspectorate, were not registered in the DLA system to work in this institution.

Also, Insander has asked for answers on why the patient’s files lacked medical anatomy and whether the hospital had implemented the measures required by the Inspectorate.

The institution has been asked whether it has paid the fine or has decided to complain.

To the publication of this article, the Klokoqil Hospital has not returned.
