The Albanian-language act of prejudice was published on the special court’s page, where Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi were sentenced on September 16th.
What is noted at the beginning of the act is the statement of the panel’s chief judge Charles Smith, who invites the Court’s photographer to take photographs inside the hall without starting sessions.
He explains, however, that Hashim Thaci’s defence has demanded that they not be photographed.
