Protests have started in Pec for justice for Arlinda Zeqaj, whose murder has sparked numerous reactions in the country.
Members of Arlinda also attended the protest, while citizens and activists have gathered to seek justice and institutional accountability in the case.
The protest is organised by the Peja non-Silence initiative, in co-operation with the CICA and the Kosovo Women’s Network.
Through this protest, organisers demand that responsible institutions account for their actions and inactions, as well as take concrete measures to prevent violence against women.
