PThe Founding Rockurry in Gjilan has called for the appointment of the detention measure to suspects of serious murder, b. Demiraj.

The 65-year-old is suspected of the serious case, where his 27-year-old son and three-month-old baby were found dead — an event that happened the previous day in the village of Demajj in Gjilan.

Between the legal deadlines, the Penal Procedure Code, the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Gjilan, today, with the date of November 02th, 2026, has submitted the request for the appointment of the pre-prisonment move, to the Constitutional Court in Gjilan, the Department of Serious Crimes against the defendants with the B.D. initials, under suspicion of committing a serious crime crime, by Article 173 of the Kosovo Criminal Code.58, reportedly in the Prosecutor’s announcement.
