Jose Mourinho has started applying a special strategy to the management of football players at Real Madrid, taking for example from the work of Louis Enriques of Paris Saint-Germani.
According to reports by the Spanish newspaper Marca, the Portuguese coach aims to keep players in as good shape as possible physically and mentally as possible for crucial stages of the season, through a personal holiday and recovery programme.

The Mourinho strategy goes beyond the usual rotation in formation.
The technical staff is assessing each footballer’s individual needs, determining time off, extra days free and recovery measures based on their load.
Arda Guler and Aureleen Tchovanen were among the first football players to take advantage of this approach, taking extra time to recover about the Champions League match against AEK Athens.
Mourinho aims to extend this policy to all team football players so that Real Madrid can best afford the busy calendar and avoid excessive fatigue during the season.
Portuguese coach wants players to be in their best shape when the moment of big decisions comes, believing that vacation and personal recovery can make a difference in the objectives of the Maddrillen club. /Telegraph/
