Heavy images from an armed clash in Podujevo, where two people were left injured, are focused on the trial process against Stone and Andy Mulloll, who are accused of serious attempted murder.
At the Constitutional Court in Pristina this Friday, October 30th 2026, court hearings are under way against the two indictees are under way in connection with the August 31, 2020, event at the site called Kutlesh, in Podujevo.

According to the indictment, set up on March 19, 2021 by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor, the event had taken place at the site called Kutlesh, where three people traveling in a BMW vehicle had faced another group of people in a Mercedes.
The prosecution claims that Stone Mulolli had requested the ban on the vehicle of the injured, as if to negotiate.
According to the indictment, however, the situation had left out in threats and use of weapons.
The indictment describes Albi Mulolli as allegedly producing a Kalashnikov and shooting at BMW.
During the clash, according to the prosecution’s claims, Stone and Albi Mulolli had attempted to force one of the injured from the vehicle.
In fact, according to the indictment, Albi Mulloll had even changed his weapon clip and had continued to fire.
Meanwhile, the Mulloll Stone is accused of hitting the vehicle with a stick and shooting another weapon.

The injured testified to court yet do not know the motive of the attack
At the session, held on October 15, 2026, two injured men, Fidan Bosnjak and Lavdrim Dervisolli, witnessed before the court.
During their testimony, they claimed they still do not know the motive of the attack that took place six years ago.
Their testimony also highlighted differences in the identity of the person who had fired a gun.
Bosniak claimed Dervisol was wounded by the Mullall Stone gun.
On the other hand, Dervisol stated that the person who had shot and wounded was Albi Mulloll.
Dervisolli also declared that he had agreed with the accused according to tradition and that he had pardoned the wound.
However, he said he still did not know the reason for the attack.
Four people initially charged with procedures against two of them isolated
In this case, the prosecution had initially filed charges against the Stone, Andy, and Albi Mulloll, as well as Blidar Salih.
However, the court procedure against Albi Mulloll and Blidar Salih was isolated.
At an earlier session, Albi Mulolli had pleaded guilty to illegal possession and property damage, while he was declared innocent of charge of serious attempted murder.
According to the indictment, the material damage caused in the BMW vehicle was estimated at over 13 thousand euros.
Will cameras shed light on what happened?
Management videos from security cameras presents an important part of the judicial process, as images can help clarify the course of the event and actions of the persons involved.
However, the provative value of these images and eventual criminal responsibility of the accused remains issues that must be assessed by the tribunal in line with other evidence administered during the trial.
