The Kosovo Assembly has started the regular plenary session, but Prime Minister Albin Kurti and several government ministers are not present at the hall.
Among the missing ministers are Justice Minister Donika Grovala, and Interior Minister Jedal Svechla.
The two ministers are being asked to resign after the incident of the assassination of Arlinda Zekiaj, due to the alleged failures of the rule and justice institutions in preventing this murder.
