Prime Minister Albin Kurti has again spoken of the election process and the act of prejudice against four former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders in The Hague.
At the meeting of the Council General of Vetevendosje Movement, Kurti said going to the polls was proven to be in vain, but according to him, under circumstances created after the act of prejudice against Hashim Thaci, Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veselin and Rexhep Selimi, the failure to vote was even more important.

He described the bias as unfair in legal and moral terms, as well as inaccurate in historical and fact.
The polling in the elections proved futile, but this time the failure to do so was even more important for the context that was produced following the conviction of four former KLA leaders — Hashim Thaci, Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veseli and Rexhep Selimi — this legal and morally unjust act and historically incorrect. Under the circumstances of an injustice that produced much resentment and frustration as a state, we had the responsibility of both treating and reacting to this decision and managing disgruntled citizens, Kurti said.
Kurti added that this act of prejudice must be changed and corrected on the scale of Appeal.
This act must be changed and corrected to the degree of appeal and that as soon as possible. Meanwhile, as Government, we have approved the establishment of the Working Group for the drafting and harmonisation of the State Strategy regarding appeals procedures before Special Chambers in The Hague, which include representatives of the country’s institutions and representatives of parliamentary political subjects under the direction of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore Glauk Konjufcaı, he has declared. /EO
