Through a Facebook post, Kusari-Lila has indicated that during the meeting she has thanked Sweden’s continued support for Kosovo, especially in the area of democratisation and environmental protection.

Special attention during the discussion has been paid to the wood industry, which the minister has praised with great potential for increasing Kosovo’s production and exports.

In this context, Kusari-Lila has stressed the importance of the 9th Drur Industry Convention, which will be held on 26 November, as well as the warned visit of a Swedish business delegation to Kosovo.

The meeting has also discussed developing industrial parks and creating more favourable conditions for local producers and new investors.

Kusari-Lila has indicated that in co-operation with the Swedish Embassy and the Nordic Economic Ode will be worked on promoting Kosovo as an investment destination and development of production activity by Swedish businesses.
