We also talked about reform in justice, with special emphasis on the complete establishment and functionality of the State Bureau, which our citizens have long been looking forward to, as a guarantee that unwarranted wealth is not behind power, has written Gervala.

It has also stressed the importance of implementing the package of law reform laws, which, according to it, aims to radically transform the judiciary in Kosovo.

I also stressed that independence of the judiciary is the foundation of the rule of law, but it cannot and should not serve as a shield for anyone involved in crime and corruption, the minister has declared.

The drill has stressed that reforms in justice are the precondition for a strong legal and functional state.

Reforms in justice are preconditions for a strong legal and functional state. And, Kosovo is moving them forward with firm determination, strengthening the mechanisms of justice, effectively fighting corruption and organised crime and ensuring that our path to the European Union is irreversible, Gervala has written.
