Frees Pepshi, psychiatrist and psychotheraprape from Gjakova, who exercises the profession in Germany, has reacted publicly to the lack of communication from the Kosovo Ministry of Health, though he says he has repeatedly expressed willingness to contribute to the country’s health system.
Through a Facebook post, Pepshi has announced that for nearly four years there has been no contact from the Ministry of Health and no invitation to co-operation, despite his interest in helping the country with professional experience and expertise.

To witness communication with institutions, he has also published a letter from the Ministry of Health, dated December 15, 2022, through which his app to engage in support of Kosovo’s healthcare system was accepted.
In that response, the Health Ministry had announced that Pupsin’s human resources team was considering accepted applications under the call and that he was planning to book the terms for individual meetings, which could also be developed in virtual form.
Also, the letter said he would be contacted via email by one of the ministry officials to plan the meeting and be kept informed of the application status.
However, according to Pepshi, after this response there was no other communication from health institutions.
For four years without contact from the ministry, without interest from any official, without an invitation to co-operation, even though sometimes, in every form, I have written about willing and willing to help my country in what I have a hobby profession, he has written. /Telegraphy.
