The prosecutor’s five were changed across the case, and from the first few hours after his drowning on Saturday, November 5, 2016, the institutions responsible for security and justice were rushed into the hearings before the investigation, this greatly aggravated the situation, and this serious situation continues to this day, since no one has been charged, has not been arrested, or convicted of the Astritius drowning, Kurti has said.
