Rainfalls have caused a buildup of water on several road axes in the city of Vlora, bringing problems with traffic flow and traffic jams in some areas for several minutes.

Meanwhile, the city’s main boulevard, the area of Albano Romina, and flooded excises often present no reported problems.

Work groups are on the ground and are working to clear water from affected roads, with the aim of normalising the situation and restoring vehicle flow.
