The 60-year-old actress appeared wearing a figured-out T-shirt, black pants and an elegant coat in the same color.

She completed her appearance in black shoes, purses and sunglasses, and her hair styled in natural tissues, writes DailyMail.

The court case relates to Martinez’s charges that Berry has exercised physical violence against their son during an incident on 26 September.

According to his claims, the actress has picked up the boy violently. Berry has denied all charges. Early this month, Martinez received a temporary restraining order against her.

In a statement filed in court, actress Nahla Aubry, 18, defended her mother, claiming she had never seen her practice physical violence against Maceos.
