Friday evening passed quietly in front of Albania’s prime minister, as about 100 young people gathered on boulevard stayed there hours without creating incidents with law enforcement forces, but enough to attract media attention and keep a number of policemen on alert.
Sporadical calls were mainly for organising this Saturday’s rally, which according to organisers will be a national protest and diaspora support is expected.

Much different was the atmosphere during the early hours of the 11th day of the student protest.
From the Polytechnic University where the professors who joined the protest began, called for their colleagues who are still in the audience to join the protest, adding that they side with students without any political overtones.
The student march came before the prime minister where medical students joined the protest. A statement in support of this protest was also read on behalf of the medical staff.
Among the student protesters was Jon Sinoimer, the 20-year-old who was today published by Prime Minister Rama as a criminal precedentr in the field of narcotics.
The young man denied these claims, saying he was a medical student and that the charges are to intimate.
The protest acts were then followed by students with the dialogue tables set by the prime minister. / T CH
