A 20-year-old has ended up in the Kosovo Police in handcuffs, under suspicion of physically attacking his minor girlfriend in Zvecan’s village of Djitkovc.
The signal teaches exclusively that the suspect is. Luka Milovic, about 20 years old, while the victim is a 17-year-old girl who has denounced the case in the police.
The event allegedly took place on October 19th, about 7:00, while the victim appeared in Regional Investigations in Northern Mitrovica, where she reported the attack by her boyfriend.
After the indictment, investigators at the Family Violence Investigation Unit, in co-ordination with investigators at the Zvecan Police Station, have identified the suspect and escorted him to the police station.
After the interview, the caretaker prosecutor has ruled on Milovic’s detention of up to 48 hours, while he has been sent to the detention centre in South Mitrovica.
However, on October 22nd, at the prosecutor’s decision, Milovic has been suspended and he has been released from the Ban Centre.
The case has been initiated as a slight bodily launch, while still no reasons have been known for ending the ban.
