The country’s president, Justina Shiroka Pula, has been hosting a taskload at the US Embassy in Pristina, Anu Prattipati.

Prattipati has congratulated Shiroka Pula for taking office of Kosovo president.

According to the announcement, Shiroka Pula has expressed gratitude for the hunger, reaffirming commitment to further deepening relations and strategic partnerships between Kosovo and the US.

The importance of strengthening co-operation between the two countries and continuing close co-ordination on issues of common interest is stressed.

This co-operation, according to the announcement, is aimed at preserving regional peace and security, as well as developing and advancing Kosovo’s international position.
