The Albanian model, Arbenita Ismajli, has reacted to social networks and has raised concerns about the position of women in society, the patriarchate and, in particular, trust in institutions that should guarantee their safety and children’s.
In one post, Arbenita has addressed women with a direct message, encouraging them not to build their lives according to the expectations of society and not give up their independence just to conform to traditional norms.

Women, stop giving men power over your lives! Don’t get married, don’t have kids just because that’s what society wants, she writes.

In another post, the model has spoken from its viewpoint as a mother, expressing a loss of trust in courts, prosecutors, and the Centre for Social Work.
She claims that institutions have not given enough weight to her fears, trauma and security and to her child.
For her, we were just a file, not two lives of people who deserved protection.
Arbenita points out that she does not consider the obligation to trust institutions that, according to her, have not offered her the necessary security, as she highlights the importance of timely intervention to prevent serious consequences.

I have no obligation to believe a system that has failed us. I have the obligation to protect my child and myself, at all costs, writes away.
The reaction comes after the assassination of Arlinda Zekaj, who previously addressed her with a letter to the prosecutor’s case in Pec.
Arbenita has been married to rapper Fero, who has faced charges of domestic violence.
Through these messages, the model has restored to attention the need for women to feel secure, to have support, and not to remain alone in the face of situations that endanger their welfare and that of their children. /Telegraphy/
