Kosovo President Justina Shiroka-Pula is expected to return it to the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo ( PDK).
According to media reports, the president is expected to respect the PDK’s request, as the proposor of this law, and return it to the country for further consideration.

The PDK asked the president, through an official letter Thursday, for the law to be returned to the Assembly in order to meet certain provisions and strengthen judicial security.
According to the party, the request comes after broad consultations and aims to ensure the protection of the constitutional rights of former Kosovo Liberation Army ( The KLA, which is being tried in Specialised Chambers at The Hague.
The PDK has stressed that the majority of the law has been finalised and that the return to review does not mean starting the process from scratch, but a final professional verification to address provisions that could create obstacles during implementation.
The party has made it known that the requirement is to restore the law to the Assembly, not in Government or for starting work from the beginning.
