People who want to lose weight often choose methods that can produce opposite results.
Medical doctor and nutritionist María Jose Crispin of the Clínica Menorca Clinic in Madrid has identified three common errors that could lead to the return of lost pounds.

According to her, extreme diets that promise rapid weakening can cause loss of muscle mass and liquids by slowing metabolism.

When people return to normal feeding, lost pounds can return – even in larger amounts.
For this reason, it advises the creation of healthy long – term habits instead of strict food restrictions.
The second mistake is to focus solely on food, neglecting physical activity.
Crispin recommends combining cardio exercise and force training, which helps keep muscles, improve conditioning, and maintain achieved weight.
At the same time, the third error is the complete elimination of fats.
Nutritionist points out that weight gain is mainly related to overindulgence of calories, whether it comes from fats, proteins, carbohydrates, or alcohol.
It recommends the involvement of healthy fats in daily feeding, such as those found in salmon, olive oil, and avocado, limiting trans-fat and the surplus of full fats.
According to her, the key to a lasting weakening is, not the hunger or elimination of whole food groups, but a balanced diet, physical activity, and habits that can be maintained for a long time. /Telegraphy/
